Wrap Up February

I am still trying to find a good way to share my wrap up with you guys. I am still in doubt about a written wrap up or a video on my channel. But considering I am dead tired and have a huge family related to do list to get trough… here is my written wrap up!

It wasn’t my best reading month when I look at the amount of books that I have read. But it was a very good month when I look at the rating!

I started the month of with the ARC of Rosies Travelling Tea shop by Rebecca Raisin. This book was such a lovely surprise! I absolutely loved it. It is a lovely story about van life and following your dreams. But at the same time it is also a eye opening story about the wonders and horrors of the internet.

Next up was my first book for the readathon February  The Vanishing Throne By Elisabeth May. I love this series so much. I was pretty enthusiastic about the first installment The Falconer, but The Vanishing Throne just really blew me away. I can’t wait for you guys to read my full review for this book! I am so excited to share all my thoughts about this book with you!

When I saw a shout out by Holly Martin if there were bookbloggers who would like a review copy of her new book The Summer of Chasing Dreams I didn’t hesitate to yell my name. I was lucky and received and ARC. Not surprising to say that I fell in love with this new book by her hand. It is completely different from her previous books, but at the same time classic Holly. Check out my full review for this 5 star read!

And then it was time to dive into my second and last Fae book for the month of February… Such a shame I was planning to read 4. Anyway, this humongous beast took more of my time then anticipated, but it was worth every page! I absolutely loved Lord of Shadows. All-though I must confess I liked Lady Midnight a little more.

To finish the month of I read the delightful New Starts and Cherry Tarts at The Cozy Kettle by Liz Eeles. Again a lovely, feel good book set into a quint cafe and bookstore environment. An ideal, warming, comforting story to end the month with!
